In the Specialty Equipment Division, we help businesses stay in business when bad things happen to their equipment. The team combines specialized technology and service excellence to manage risk and create valuable customer experiences.
The Specialty Equipment division is searching for an Operations Analyst to join their team. In this position you will be the primary contact with assigned clients; ensuring efficient and timely processing of clients' data files; trouble shooting failed processes and acting as a subject matter expert within the department. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team where supporting one another is key to success.
This position will be in our Bellevue, WA office Monday through Friday and is eligible for hybrid scheduling after our initial training period.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Serves as the primary contact with assigned clients
Provide accounting details to our clients to ensure our systems are in sync
Create, monitor, and maintain daily processes performed by scheduling application
Process data files to/from clients and perform quality/trend checks
Troubleshoot failed processes and invalid data to reduce potential processing impacts
Identify opportunities to increase data quality, including automation and procedural training
Provide data analytics support to internal departments and external clients utilizing SQL
Update and/or recommend improvements to standard operating procedures
Performs simple to moderately complex tasks and responds to routine requests
Performs work under close supervision to ensure daily deadlines are completed
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent experience in data management/data analysis
Experience with Oracle SQL; Microsoft Office Tools
Experience working with data file processing; a job scheduler preferred
Knowledge of insurance principles preferred; open to candidates interested in building industry expertise.
