Position Summary:

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing Landscape Workshop's GPS and telematics platform (Samsara). This role will focus on the collection, analysis, reporting, and communication of telematics data across the organization. The Analyst will monitor all vehicles in the LW fleet, identify trends, and surface actionable insights to improve safety, compliance, efficiency, and overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the Samsara GPS system, including hardware and software administration.

Monitor vehicle activity and telematics data across the company fleet to ensure visibility, accountability, and performance.

Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Generate and distribute reports to branch leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring timely and actionable insights.

Collaborate with branch teams to address operational issues surfaced through GPS data.

Work cross-functionally to promote safety, compliance, and efficiency initiatives.

Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline data workflows and reduce manual processes over time.

Maintain data integrity and system hygiene to support accurate reporting and long-term scalability.
