• Use budgeting and accounting skills to prepare, analyze and present budget information.
• Prepare professional reports and presentations from data analysis for finance and executive leadership to support decision making.
• Work to identify anomalies and key trends in budget verses actual data and turn that data into actionable insight.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly report review meetings for CFO, Controller and other members of management.
• Educate staff through frequent, high-quality communication, both written and in person as needed by answering financial questions for staff and champions online training of remote leaders and administrators.
• Analyze and reconcile General Ledger accounts to verify accuracy of data and identify problem areas. Prepares journal entries as required.
• Responsible for facilitating and managing the annual review with external auditors and performing other audit functions.

Education and/or Experience: Undergraduate degree from 4-year college or university and three years of experience in accounting or financial analysis or the equivalent combination of education and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.
