Job Summary

As our Operating Partner, you\xe2\x80\x99ll put your professional and personal skills to work as you manage an entire restaurant. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for bringing the most out of the Managers, Team Leaders and Team Members who work for you as they deliver excellence again and again to our customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leading highly motivated teams
• Prefer to have had experience with Cost of Goods control and understanding of inventories in a restaurant or similar business environment
• Ability to hire, train and retain a well-performing team while having fun
• Enjoys people and the interactions with both your internal and external customers
