We are currently seeking an experienced Operating Foreman to join our leadership team and help drive the success of our field operations.

Position Summary:

The Operating Foreman will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, managing crews, and ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and up to code. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of local regulations, a strong working relationship with area inspectors, and over a decade of hands-on experience in civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily field operations on utility installation, grading, and demolition projects Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and project specifications Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors Maintain production goals and schedule adherence Operate heavy equipment when needed Train, mentor, and supervise crew members Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years

of experience in civil construction (utility installation, grading, and demolition) Strong knowledge of local codes, municipalities, and inspection processes Existing working relationships with local inspectors required Proven leadership and crew management skills Ability to read and understand construction plans and documents Valid Driver's License required

CDL preferred

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
