Job Title: Opening Shift Customer Service Associate, The Chicken Shack (Des Moines)
Job Summary:
The Opening Shift Customer Service Associate at The Chicken Shack in Des Moines is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patrons and creating a positive, enjoyable atmosphere. This individual must be flexible, willing to take on multiple tasks, and be able to work well in a team environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome customers when they arrive
-Listen to customer needs and recommend options
-Handle customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner
-Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
-Receive and accurately process customer orders
-Exhibit knowledge of The Chicken Shack menu
-Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized work space
-Adhere to safety and health regulations
-Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement in customer service
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate prior to starting work
$10.50-$15.00 hr
