Responsibilities:

Arrive on time (4:00 AM) ready to set up the kitchen for a smooth opening. Prepare and cook breakfast items on the grill to McDonald's quality standards. Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at all times. Stock and organize products for efficient workflow. Communicate with managers and teammates to ensure an on-time, smooth breakfast service. Assist with other duties as needed to support the team.

What We're Looking For:

Dependable and punctual - opening shifts require strong reliability. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior kitchen or grill experience is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person!
