The Quisby Hotel is seeking a vibrant and personable Hospitality Host to join our team. As a Hospitality Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of during their stay. You will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service and assistance to guests from their arrival to departure

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming Guests:

Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and hospitality, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step into the hotel.

Assisting Guests:

Be attentive to guests' needs throughout their stay, assisting with check-in, providing information about the hotel amenities and services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and ensuring a seamless departure experience.

Concierge Services:

Offer personalized recommendations and assistance to guests regarding local attractions, dining options, shopping destinations, and entertainment venues. Be knowledgeable about the surrounding area to provide insider tips and suggestions.

Breakfast Preparation:

Prepare and maintain a delicious breakfast spread for guests each morning, ensuring that they start their day off right with a satisfying meal.

Beverage Service:

Brew fresh coffee and prepare refreshing cocktails for visitors upon request, delivering exceptional beverage service with a smile.

Lobby and Bathroom Maintenance:

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and bathrooms throughout the day, working closely with the housekeeping team to ensure a pristine environment for guests.

Reservation Management:

Handle reservations and guest bookings in our property management system (PMS), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

Guest Escalations:

Address any guest escalations promptly and effectively, whether it's resolving issues with room locks, coordinating maintenance requests, or addressing any overall dissatisfaction with their experience.

Part Time/ W2 Morning/Day Shift (7 - 3) (3-11)
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local attractions and amenities is a plus. Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
