HAPPIER is building a community for creators with the help of creators! We are looking for energetic, passionate professionals to join the team for our NEW Brooklyn Members Club & Events Spaces opening Memorial Day Weekend! We are seeking exceptional individuals who provide a luxurious guest experience.

The ideal candidate will quickly be able to adapt to the brand, values, and culture of the company, evoking passion and excitement for the process in all involved while providing an upbeat and positive client and team experience. Because we are a small team, we all wear many hats and are happy to roll up our sleeves and lend a hand whenever needed. Can-do attitudes and respectful, inclusive outlooks are greatly valued and expected of all team members.

With the highly-anticipated opening set for Memorial Day 2023, we want to attract the right people. Private events at 99 Scott & WSA Building, scheduled for this Spring, will allow the new team to become a cohesive unit and shape a clear vision and understanding of the Happier brand before the planned launch.

These are FT/ PT positions for the Members Club, and you must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips

Requirements

• For all FOH openings, a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant hospitality experience in an upscale restaurant is required (strong guest service skills may be considered for select positions)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify) legally
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
• Customer-oriented and planning skills
• Courteous and attentive to guests
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as staying on your feet, climbing stairs, and carrying heavy objects
• An essential part of the job is being available on a flexible schedule and being willing to work outside \xe2\x80\x9coffice hours.\xe2\x80\x9d AM/PM service and nights, weekends, and holidays as required
