Job description Summary

: We are looking for an Onsite Test Lead with strong cards experience mainly on the issuer side. The primary skill should be test management with cards domain expertise followed by basic automation experience. Cards domain experience is deciding factor to move forward.

Around 10+years of IT experience with:

End to End cards product testing (Unit, QA, UAT and Production)

Expert in Credit Cards domain and must working on cards projects for the past 3 years

Recent project experience in cards issuing side

Fundamental knowledge in test automation tools, frameworks, feasibility etc

Working at client location in the US/UK

Key responsibilities

Ability to perform Test Lead role at onsite

Manage client communication and coordination

Manage and guide offshore team for project delivery

Able to communicate project progress by way of dashboards, Zira boards, presentations

Able to understand impact of a change on a function, testing effort, resource requirement etc

Ability to create test strategy, test plan, test execution plan,test scenario and test cases for complex card domain project

Ability to create testing estimates, track actuals, drive defect triage calls, provide walkthrough - test plan/test case/automation demo

Ability to create test closure report/test summary report, daily and weekly progress report

Review and provide meaningful review comments for all testing artifacts created by Expleo team members

Prepare, publish and walk through monthly/quarterly metrics

Domain Skills

Expert in Cards domain - Especially on the issuing side - - authorization, loyalty, fraud, authentication, etc

Hands-on experience with card processing platforms such as TS2, Prime, or Vision.

Exposure to end-to-end card lifecycle processes including issuance, authorization, posting and settlement, interest and fees, instalments, loyalty, chargebacks, collections.

Understanding of ISO 8583 messaging standards.

Knowledge of compliance and security standards in the payments 'domain (e.g., PCI DSS)

Technical Skills (Nice to Have)

Unit, QA, UAT, Production testing

API, Mobile, UI and Product testing

Working knowledge in test automation and automation tools

Understands and able to explain different automation frameworks for UI, API, backend etc and suggest suitability for a particular need

Exposure to programming Languages: Java / Python

Exposure to automation frameworks: Selenium , Cucumber (BDD) ,TestNG , RestAssured

Working knowledge Database and tools: SQL / No SQL db

Working knowledge Mobile automation and tools

Exposure to

o IDE Knowledge: Eclipse / Intelleji / VS

o Version Control: GIT , SVN

o CI/CD : Jenkins

o Issue Tracking: JIRA / Qtest

o Integration of different reports like Allure / Extent Reports

Knowledge to architect and operationalize CI/CD pipelines across team and legacy system

Other Skills ( Added Advantage)

o Hands on experience on any cloud platfrom - AWS / GCP / Azure

o Any Gen AI Tooling Experience / Certifications

o Sauce Lab / Lambda Test Experience

o Framework Knowledge: Playwright, Robot Framework

o Coding skills: React JS, Node JS

o Background in platform Legacy / Modernization for Finance Industry

o Allure Reports implementation knowledge
