Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer & Report writer to join our data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data solutions that support business analytics and decision-making processes. The SQL Developer will collaborate across teams to optimize data workflows, ensure data integrity, and enable advanced analytics capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create, maintain and modify complex reports from databases using report-writing tools including Power BI and myDBR. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues. Assist in database migration, upgrades, and backup/recovery processes. Document database structures, processes, and standards. Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas for Microsoft SQL Server, myDBR, and other relational databases.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in SQL development and relational database design Extensive experience with

myDBR

, SQL Server, and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Attentions to detail Ability to work cross functionally across departments and end users. Knowledge of business process and procedures. Ability to learn new software programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ yrs experience with cloud-based databases (e.g., myDBR, Azure SQL). Knowledge of data warehousing and BI tools. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
