Property Summary:



American Towers is a vintage high-rise community in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. The property has 357 units in two towers that share their parking structure with a commercial entity in the same block. The community has several desirable amenities, including a recently renovated indoor pool and spa, indoor racquetball court, billards room, library, two rooftop decks with hot tubs and a vibrant community of residents who love the building and high rise living.




The Resident Services Associate serves as the primary point of contact at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service for residents, vendors, and guests. This role is responsible for managing parking validations, signing in vendors and realtors, assisting residents during emergencies, maintaining the package system, and entering maintenance work orders. Additionally, the associate facilitates communication between security and management regarding daily activities and issues.




Key Responsibilities:






Resident & Guest Services:



Issue parking validations for residents, vendors, and contractors. Sign in and monitor vendors, realtors, and other visitors in accordance with building policies. Assist residents with inquiries, concerns, and emergency situations, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.

Operations & Administration:



Maintain an organized and efficient package management system, ensuring accurate tracking and timely distribution. Input and manage maintenance work orders in the system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Serve as the primary point of contact between security and management, relaying any issues, updates, or concerns related to daily operations. Communicate security-related matters to management, ensuring timely awareness and resolution of incidents or concerns. Monitor and enforce building policies while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. Provide general administrative support and assist with other front desk duties as needed. Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently. Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping, package management, and work order entry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in property management, security liaison roles, or hospitality is preferred.



Pay and Benefits:




$18.00 to $20.00, depending on education and experience.
