About the Role
As an
Onsite Packing & Organizing Specialist
, you'll work inside clients' homes as part of a small, professional team. Your role includes carefully packing household items, labeling and organizing boxes, and setting up organized systems in new spaces. Every day is different -- one day you may help a family prepare for a move, and the next, assist a senior with downsizing.
Key Responsibilities
Professionally pack, wrap, and label items by room and category
Organize closets, kitchens, and living spaces with care and attention to detail
Handle client belongings respectfully and maintain confidentiality
Follow project plans and direction from the Team Lead or Manager
Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area
Communicate clearly and kindly with clients and teammates
Occasionally assist with unpacking and organizing at destination homes
Qualifications
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in clients' homes
Detail-oriented and enjoys organizing or creating tidy spaces
Ability to lift 25-40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Experience in packing, organizing, cleaning, or in-home service is a plus -- but we'll train the right person!
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
