The primary responsibilities of the Onsite Coordinator will include:
Maintaining excellent attendance.
Demonstrating proficiency in warehouse operations
Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Serving as a liaison between their team and client leadership.
Promptly addressing and escalating any issues or concerns that arise.
Providing regular attendance reports to their agency or client management
Onsites are expected to report any issues or concerns to the client immediately
Follow instructions and directives from their group leader.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve objectives.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Adhere to client's safety protocols and procedures.
Daily Attendance record keeping reporting for emergencies or absences ASAP before shift start
Payroll and Attendance Sheets updated
Onbaording new hires efficiently
Tour the warehouse at least twice a day and ensure the employees are adhering to safety and production code of conduct ( vest on/ no phones/no headphones/no gathering)
Standby if there?s any potential emergency
Make sure the associates are arriving 15 minutes prior to their shift and making sure all EE ?s are scanning 4 times per day and signing in and out daily with Onsite personnel
* Creating QR codes within the first 2 hours of work for the associates to clock in/out ASAP to avoid payroll discrepancies.
