What you will be doing:
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting customers with a variety of needs such as processing orders, initiating returns, recommending ideal gifts for recipients, resolving shipping issues, updating account information, and answering general inquires.
Our ideal candidate for the Customer Service Representative position will be one who is passionate, extremely professional, and understands the importance of building brand value. Achieving 100% customer satisfaction while exercising suggestive selling with refined style is at the core of this role.
All about the $$:
Hourly base pay is $13/hour PLUS if you complete the season with us (12/23/25), you could earn up to an additional
$3 for hours
worked
with our retention and attendance bonus!
$2 is paid out weekly for the attendance bonus if you don't miss any shifts. In addition an extra $1 will be paid out for every hour worked at the end of the season if you complete the season.
What is my schedule:
We have the flexibility for that! We have shifts starting as early as 6 am and going as late as 7pm,
7-days a week
. Part-time and full-time positions are available.
Our amazing customers are still placing orders on the weekends so you
must
be available to work at least 2 weekend days a month.
Start Dates:
Weekly start dates beginning October 20th going through November 18th
Training Schedule (Paid):
Regardless of your desired schedule, you must be able to participate in the first 2 weeks of training based on the schedule below.
Week 1: Tuesday - Friday, 9a to 3p
Week 2: Monday - Friday, 9a to 3p

What to expect
Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely manner and provide exemplary customer service to everyone.
Maintain knowledge of current product offerings to build value to the customer.
Address customer concerns and issues and work towards resolving the problem.
Ensure floral call-backs are completed daily.
Process refunds, and reshipments and assure related documents are completed accurately.
File UPS claims to assure packages are delivered correctly.
Requirements & Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
A minimum of two years in a customer service.
Strong computer, communication and organizational skills
