About Us

NASR Jewelers is a busy, family-owned jewelry store with a fast-growing online business. We ship a high volume of orders every week and need someone reliable, organized, and comfortable with basic computer tasks to help keep things running smoothly. This is a great job for someone who wants a steady part-time position in a clean, friendly environment -- not a warehouse.

What You'll Do

Pack and ship online orders accurately Print labels, prepare packaging, and organize outgoing shipments Respond to customer messages and emails in a friendly and simple way Help with basic online tasks like updating inventory or product info Keep the back room organized (shipping supplies, packaging, etc.) Step in to help the store team when needed (simple tasks only) Assist as we move into a new POS system (easy stuff -- we'll train you)

Who We're Looking For

Someone dependable who shows up, works hard, and communicates well Comfortable using a computer (email, typing, simple software) Organized and detail-focused -- double-checking your work matters here Friendly tone when responding to customers Able to move at a steady pace during busy times Retail, shipping, or office experience is a plus but not required Not a current customer of the store

Schedule

3-4 days per week Typically between 10am-6pm on weekdays Occasional Saturdays helpful but not required Consistent weekly schedule

Pay

$18-$22 per hour
