What You'll Do:
Monitor and respond to
Google reviews
with professionalism and an understanding of the shooting sports community
Reply to
website inquiries
and
social media ad messages
promptly and courteously
Answer questions and assist customers in booking our VIP Experiences and special events
Engage with our online audience in a friendly, knowledgeable, and brand-consistent tone
Maintain a respectful, responsible online presence that reflects our commitment to safety, service, and community
Track feedback, common customer questions, and opportunities to improve communication
What We're Looking For:
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
A courteous, professional demeanor--especially in online discussions
Familiarity with shooting sports, firearms safety, and the community's culture
Experience with social media platforms, Google Business, and customer service tools
Ability to represent the brand responsibly and respond quickly to messages and reviews
Hours & Pay:
Flexible hours, pay rate based on experience
