Job Description

The Onboarding Specialist is the single HR point of contact for new hire onboarding for the practice and also supports the HR department in any way necessary. The Onboarding Specialist provides world class customer service in all interactions, both in internal and external communications.

This position is permanent and fully remote.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates and provides guidance to all new hires throughout the onboarding process, once signed offer letter is passed to HR. Is the single HR point of contact for all onboarding; including communication, documentation collection, vendor relations, etc.

o Acts as a liaison between new hires and all departments within the practice. o Completes I-9 and E-Verifies all new employees.

Provides support internally to the HR department as well as externally to other departments, as needed. Provides employment verifications as requested. Issues and reviews all background and OIG checks. Completes promotion checklists. Tracks expiring licenses and follows-up with clinicians (and managers as needed). Assists with tuition reimbursement process. Manages State Labor Law Postings Manages Sonitrol Cards. Reviews ReQlogic invoices. Communicates effectively and professionally with all members of the practice. Performs research and ad hoc projects/tasks for the HR department as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with Workday. At least 1 year of HR experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Superior organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills; excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills. Outstanding judgment, discretion and understanding of the need for confidentiality. Ability to prioritize multiple critical deliverables with exceptional attention to detail while also meeting deadlines. Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment and prioritize competing requests. Ability to work well independently or within a team. Provides excellent customer service. Extremely perceptive and capable of relating to individuals at all levels. Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
