Job Description

Wiggins Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Onbase Developer to perform software development, support, and testing services in a fully remote environment. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Document Management, this role focuses on building workflow solutions, extending OnBase functionality, and developing integrations to enhance business processes and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and extend functionality of the OnBase Platform Develop workflows, scripting, and job aids to automate business processes Build and integrate APIs across multiple enterprise systems Analyze requirements, uncover business rules, and develop user stories Conduct peer reviews and test newly developed or updated functionality Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to define technical solutions Research and recommend innovative approaches and emerging technologies Implement OnBase system enhancements and configuration changes Maintain system documentation and develop training materials for end users Coordinate updates from analysis through deployment to support new business needs

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of hands-on OnBase development and configuration experience Proficiency in OnBase Workflow, Configuration, SQL, .NET/C#, and JavaScript Experience building APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting platform issues Strong business analysis, documentation, and end-user support capabilities Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Preferred:

OnBase/Hyland certifications Experience in higher education, healthcare, government, or similar industries
Pay: $91,888.27 - $110,661.15 per year
