As an On Your Lot Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective clients through the home selection process, assessing site costs, developing home designs, and turning our customers' visions into homes. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

Taking charge of lead development by engaging with leads from our in-house marketing department and cultivating new leads and referrals through face-to-face marketing. Establishing a robust referral network by connecting with realtors, lenders, existing buyers, and other industry professionals. Hosting customer and realtor events in our design center, model homes, and homes under construction. Meeting with clients to discuss budgets, uncover desires and needs, generate home quotes, assist with determining site development costs, explore financing options, and successfully close sales.
Your meticulous attention to detail and critical thinking skills will be instrumental in completing paperwork accurately and on time, acquiring and analyzing competitive market data, and staying abreast of product knowledge. As an outstanding communicator, you value consultative selling and are dedicated to employing innovative sales techniques.

Essential Candidate Qualities:

Organized for efficiency and motivated to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with CRM applications (Pipedrive, Salesforce, or other). Software proficiency, including Microsoft 365 applications. Exceptional responsiveness and ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
