Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
Replenish janitorial and restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Sweep, mop, and maintain hard floors; vacuum carpets and rugs
Dust and disinfect surfaces, furniture, and high-touch areas
Empty trash bins and replace liners
Follow all cleaning procedures and safety protocols consistently
Minimum Requirements
Authorized to work in the U.S.
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
Able to pass background and pre-employment/random drug screenings
Dependable, flexible, and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Honest, punctual, and reliable
Able to work independently or in a team setting
Willingness to learn and adopt new cleaning techniques
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused
Maintains a neat and professional appearance
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Prior janitorial experience is helpful but not required
