Trident Security Solutions has security jobs and are seeking to fill the position of an On Call Security Officer
You will be responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. You will act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions and detect and report suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may be a threat to the property, clients, guests or employees at the site.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.

Because of the nature of this position the On Call Officer program will be looked at as the training grounds for the next supervisors/leaders within Trident. Given you will be working at all locations learning the variance dimensions to our customer security programs, this lends well into developing new leaders.
Required to work for multiple clients at multiple locations, covering special projects, call offs, vacations and open shifts. Some requests will come in at the last minute that we must fill.
Must be available to work at least 2 shifts per day, 7 days per week. You will not have a set schedule; schedule will be posted only the week prior for needed shifts. If you are not needed, plan to be on call or used to fill a post for another officer that needs to complete training.
Must have the ability to communicate via computer/phone. Will be required to answer communications while at home. If you are contacted and a message must be left, it's expected to return that communication within 30 minutes of initial communication.
