Overview

We are seeking dedicated and flexible On Call Aides to help us with the children while one of the teacher is absent, could be for few hours, full day, few days to couple weeks, depending on the situation. You will just help by watching the children, help with arts, crafts, diapering, meals, recess and nap. Usually group from 3 to 8 children, depending on the day of the week.

Use American Sign Language (ASL) is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or private school like a daycare. Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is a plus Background in early childhood education is a plus. Strong communication skills and patience when working with children of various ages and abilities Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and work effectively as part of a team

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
