Job Description
Long Term Care Authority of Enid Area Agency on Aging is accepting resumes for a full-time Ombudsman Supervisor.
This position receives, investigates, and resolves complaints made by or on behalf of residents in Long-Term Care Facilities. Develops, recruits, and manages the Ombudsman Volunteer Program. Strong computer skills are a must. OSBI background check required. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in any of the following fields: social work, general social sciences, public health, human relations, gerontology or related field and one (1) year responsible full time paid employment in any of the above listed fields. This position is under the general direction of the Area Aency on Aging Director and program supervision/direction of the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman who provides leadership in development, coordination, and implementation of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program.
