The Oiler plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and longevity of production equipment by ensuring proper lubrication of machinery. This position requires a mechanically inclined individual who can proactively identify and address lubrication needs to support optimal machine performance, preventative maintenance, and reliability.
Shift & Compensation:
Mid Shift:
10:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Tuesdays off
Schedule:
6 days per week (overtime as needed, including weekends & holidays)
Wage:
$25.17 per hour
Job Requirements:
Perform routine lubrication of machinery, including shafts, bearings, gears, and moving parts
Inspect and test machinery for proper oiling and performance
Troubleshoot and repair lubrication systems; install new systems as needed
Keep detailed maintenance logs and reports
Follow all plant safety rules and procedures
Communicate concerns or issues to the Maintenance Manager
Take initiative during unscheduled downtime to assist with repairs or maintenance tasks
Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor
