Precise Medical Billing LLC is a rapidly growing medical billing and coding company specializing in OB/GYN practices across Florida. We're seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) OB/GYN Coding Specialist with strong knowledge of insurance processes, claim submission, and denial management.

What you'll do

Accurately code OB/GYN services using CPT, modifiers, and ICD-10 coding systems. Review and analyze medical records to ensure compliance with coding standards and regulations. Research and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments. Process medical billing and collections efficiently to optimize revenue cycle management. Communicate professionally with insurance companies, provider offices, and patients as needed. Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation for accurate coding. Stay updated on changes in medical terminology and coding guidelines to maintain compliance. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards.

Experience

2+ years Proven experience in medical coding, specifically within an OB/GYN setting. CPC or equivalent certification (preferred). Solid understanding of medical billing processes, denials, and appeals. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Bilingual (English and Spanish) -- required.
