Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team in our Henderson location. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving projects that align with our mission of delivering high-quality dietary supplements. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our rapid growth and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during project execution. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to keep all parties informed. Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Oversee vendor relationships to ensure quality deliverables. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the dietary supplements or related industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing teams successfully. Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Experience in risk management and budgeting is preferred. Familiarity with vendor management processes is a plus.
