Full-time, Daytime hours, Monday-Friday position!

We are seeking a dedicated Office Program/Service Specialist to join our team in the Concordia satellite office. In this role, you will support, initiate, and help grow our presence in the Concordia area and surrounding communities. You will be instrumental in:

Community Outreach: Connecting with local individuals and organizations about our services as identified in our Outreach Plan. Empowerment: Empowering individuals with disabilities to work on personal goals. Support & Independence: Helping consumers access the resources they need to live independently.
We are looking for an individual who is flexible, takes initiative, is a great communicator and someone who is passionate about making a difference and expanding our impact in the region.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required and two years' relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Personal/work/volunteer experience with disabilities is helpful.
