Job Description


Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining Quickbooks files, performing data entry of bills and income
  • Reviewing accounts payable & receivable
  • Coordinating with owner regarding payment and collections
  • Processing payroll as indicated, maintaining compliance
  • Assisting the owner and general manager
  • General office organization
  • other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Education:
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
