Job Description

RestorEAZE is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Office Manager to be the foundation of our administrative and financial operations. This role is crucial for supporting our entire operation, ensuring maximum efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of customer service through excellent and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Work a 40-hour in-office week. Manage phone operations and control the flow of data into and reporting from the company CRM. Schedule appointments and manage general office administrative tasks.

Customer Service/Job Interaction



Serve as the first point of contact for new clients (

First Notice of Loss

) and manage job creation and updates in the CRM. Coordinate client communications regarding logistics, scheduling, and materials. Manage the information exchange between clients, adjusters, and the company; Quarterback claims via iRestore.

Bookkeeping/Finance



Handle A/P (enter payables, prepare payments) and A/R (receive and post payments). Reconcile cash, credit card, and vendor accounts. Prepare weekly A/R, A/P, and KPI reports. Support the outside accountant as needed.

HR



Coordinate new employee onboarding and manage benefits enrollment assistance. Prepare and process weekly payroll. Develop and maintain employee policies. Manage crew member training schedules.

Purchasing/Inventory



Maintain optimal inventory levels for office and shop supplies. Review all pricing and terms to ensure the company receives the best value.

Qualifications:

Previous office management or other relevant experience is helpful. Familiarity with Quickbooks is also helpful. A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to be a nimble, creative problem-solver are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
