Job Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Management

Answer phones, texts, emails, and client messages promptly Maintain schedule, calendars, and client reminders Keep the office clean, organized, stocked, and professional Maintain filing systems, client records, and digital organization Prepare invoices, receipts, and service follow-ups
Client Support & Communication

Be the friendly, professional first point of contact Assist clients with questions, scheduling, and adjustments Support rebooking and customer retention Assist with sales conversations (service options, add-ons, upgrades)
Team & Leadership Support

Assist with onboarding paperwork Maintain clear internal communication with cleaners Support leadership with admin tasks, updates, and follow-through Help maintain a positive, encouraging team environment
Process & System Improvement

Suggest improvements for admin workflows Help refine checklists, scripts, and simple office processes Keep things running smoothly with consistency and clarity
Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal & written communication Strong organization + attention to detail Customer service experience required Ability to multitask with shifting priorities Problem-solving and initiative Comfort with technology (Google Drive, CRM systems; QuickBooks is a plus) Sales or retention experience is a bonus
