Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm
Pay: $31per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




Greet all guests and be responsible for creating a warm welcoming experience. Oversee the appearance of the reception and conference room areas; ensuring they are always presentable and ready to welcome incoming visitors, vendors, and VIP guests. Manage guest security badges; documenting check-out and check-in and deactivations when security badge or fob is lost. Act as the primary contact for any building-related issues and place service request tickets with Building Maintenance (i.e. HVAC/climate control requests, spills, damage to structural space, etc.) Stock & tidy kitchen pantries & workroom office supplies Adm Experience in scheduling, vetting, and communicating with hospitality vendors to procure the following services (catering, hotel reservations, parking, event planning, breakout rooms) Adm Experience in scheduling, vetting, and communicating with facilities vendors to procure the following services (appliance repair, facilities related issues with office space, property management, etc.) Provide administrative support on various Excel-related projects. Ability to manage multiple documents for projects from multiple vendors. Ability to problem solve and work independently Ability to read documents in detail and comprehend what is written. Ability to multitask for event execution." Receive and sort incoming mail and packages. Prepare USPS Mail & Accountable Express packages for outbound shipment

SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS




High School diploma or GED Experience a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, MS Teams) Good written and oral Communication skills Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
