We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with experience in office management, human resources, and bookkeeping. This role involves managing schedules, vendor relationships, and team coordination to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning. The Office Manager will also handle event planning, payroll, budgeting, and training initiatives to support organizational growth. A background in medical office management or front desk operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization
Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and multi-line phone systems
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team training & development
Handle vendor management, including negotiations and relationship building
Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records, and policy compliance
Manage payroll processing using QuickBooks or similar software
Assist with budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial record keeping
Plan and coordinate company events and meetings
Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation procedures
Provide excellent front desk support with phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
Experience
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities
Strong background in clerical tasks including filing, calendar management, and front desk operations
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software for payroll and bookkeeping
Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee budgets
Familiarity with human resources processes such as hiring, training, and employee records management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively
Prior experience in medical office management or healthcare settings is advantageous
Skilled in event planning, schedule management, and organizational skills
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and provide professional phone etiquette
