Skyline Seamless Gutters is seeking an Office Manager who can take charge of daily office operations, support our field crew, communicate with customers and keep the office running smoothly. We are a small, fast-growing company built on quality, reliability and great customer service. We need someone organized dependable and ready to grow with us.

Responsibilities



-Answering phones, emails, and handle customer inquires

-Maintain digital and physical files, records, and schedules

-Support HR tasks such as posting job ads, onboarding new employees, and keeping employee files updated.

-Oversee simple training and development for admin staff

-Keep office communication clear and professional

-Manage calendars, scheduling, and general office tasks

-Work with multi line phone system and coordinate schedules for field crews

-Adjust to new responsibilities as the company expands.

Requirements



-Experience in office management or admin roles

-Team lead or supervisory experience preferred

-Organization skills

-Multitasking

-Excellent phone and communication skills

-Comfortable with general clerical work

-Adaptability

$26-$42

Pay: $26.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
