Dominion Engineering, Inc. takes pride in delivering high-quality custom tooling and engineering services to our customers in the nuclear power industry. The office manager contributes to an efficient office environment by overseeing and coordinating the administrative functions of an office.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for overall administration of the Dominion Office facilities, ensuring that the Office facilities run in a clean, efficient, friendly manner.
Provide logistical support for Dominion visitors and meetings at Dominion.
Support calendar management and meeting coordination, including maintaining cognizance of Dominion personnel schedules. Ensure that future international travel is tracked for insurance purposes.
Provide administrative support for new employees and during recruiting activities, especially scheduling interview visits and welcoming interviewees.
Collect feedback on necessary maintenance and cleaning of the Dominion offices, including: office infrastructure needs (supplies, light bulbs, needed repairs and painting); cleaning and organization of individual offices. Coordinate completion of building infrastructure issues with landlord.
Be a resource to all staff to facilitate support in various areas, including Benefits being run by Allied HR. Refer staff to the appropriate contact.
Promote communications and collegiality with remote employees.
Stock and organize office and break room supplies, including stocking printers with paper.
Ensure packages and mail arriving in the 2nd floor suite are properly routed. Support outgoing mail and FedEx.
Support copying and scanning requests.
Cover phones and front desk for visitors. Control suite entry.
Interface with landlord and external vendors for administrative functions, including requesting new Certificates of Insurance (COI), corporate car rental account questions and support needs, travel arrangements for employees, contractor and maintenance services.
Support and coordinate library functions (document purchases, document scanning, library organization, maintaining library computerized database, cataloguing documents). Answer staff questions regarding library functions.
Observe all company and OSHA safety rules and regulations

Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Minimum 5 years administrative experience in a professional office environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
