Responsibilities
Oversee all office and administrative functions
Manage AP/AR, posting deals, deposits, and reconciliations
Ensure accuracy of title work, contracts, and compliance paperwork
Support and supervise office staff
Work with sales, service, and finance departments to maintain smooth workflow
Assist with month-end reporting and internal controls
Manage vendors and office supplies
Qualifications
Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Leadership and communication skills
