Full-Time | On-site

Steve Coury Ford in Payson, AZ is looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and accounting operations in our dealership. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organization, and solid automotive accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

Oversee all office and administrative functions Manage AP/AR, posting deals, deposits, and reconciliations Ensure accuracy of title work, contracts, and compliance paperwork Support and supervise office staff Work with sales, service, and finance departments to maintain smooth workflow Assist with month-end reporting and internal controls Manage vendors and office supplies
Qualifications

Automotive dealership office/accounting experience

required

Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Leadership and communication skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
