Job Summary



This role requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. You will support day-to-day operations including accounts payable input, inventory tracking, system oversight, and continuous problem-solving. No two days will look the same.

We are looking for someone who can focus, take initiative, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys creating order out of chaos and contributing meaningfully to a growing team.

Highly detail-oriented with strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and organization Calm, positive, and steady under pressure; able to operate effectively even when priorities shift Comfortable collaborating with team members and vendors while maintaining professional boundaries Pragmatic and analytical, with the ability to reassess priorities without sacrificing accuracy Naturally observant and proactive in identifying inconsistencies or issues Socially and professionally mature; able to work independently without constant supervision Curious and resourceful mindset with a drive to learn, improve systems, and think creatively Strong understanding of systems and processes, with the ability to follow protocols and exercise sound judgment Skilled at managing checklists, pending items, and multiple workstreams Ownership mentality with a desire to grow professionally and add long-term value Experience in the design or construction industry is a plus

Minimum of 3 years of experience

as an Office Manager Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong written and verbal English communication skills for working with vendors and team members Exceptional attention to detail Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
