Office Manager - Complete Weddings + Events (Omaha)



Role Overview



The Office Manager will keep the office running smoothly by communicating with the team, performing consultations with potential clients, and assisting in scheduling the DJs, photographers, videographers, and coordinators for each wedding.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Support:

Communicate with engaged couples, answer inquiries, guide them through our services, and help close bookings.

Team Scheduling:

Assign DJs, photographers, videographers, and other part-time team members to upcoming events and ensure schedule accuracy.

Weekend Prep:

Prepare and organize music files, prepare photo booth templates, and make sure teams have what they need for events.

Internal Communication:

Share important updates, reminders, and event details with the team to ensure smooth execution each weekend.

Vendor Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Omaha wedding venues, planners, and other vendors to increase referrals and brand presence.

General Office Management:

Maintain office organization, handle client questions, manage files and systems, and support daily operations.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
