Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with a background in office management, human resources, and bookkeeping. This role involves managing vendor relationships, coordinating schedules, supervising staff, and supporting various administrative functions to promote efficiency and productivity within the organization.

Healthcare office management experience is a big bonus!

Responsibilities



Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and multi-line phone systems. Coordinate and manage scheduling, calendar appointments, and event planning activities. Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development to enhance team performance. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement processes. Handle human resources functions such as onboarding, payroll processing, and employee records management. Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking to ensure fiscal responsibility. Organize filing systems, document management, and record keeping for compliance purposes. Ensure effective communication across departments through phone etiquette and professional correspondence. Support medical office management tasks if applicable, including appointment scheduling and patient record handling.

Qualifications



Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--and professional phone etiquette. Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management tools, and multi-line phone systems. Experience with event planning, vendor management, human resources functions, payroll processing, budgeting, bookkeeping, and office software applications. Prior experience in medical office management or clerical roles is a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively. High level of professionalism with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
