Year-round position in the Business Office at Lookout Pass! Unique opportunity to be a part of ski season as well as summer operations of the Route of the Hiawatha bike trail!



Office Manager



The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep this business running smoothly. Including managing finances, coordinating staff and ensuring efficient operations.

Duties



Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Post-open positions in appropriate venues. Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations. Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities. Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution. Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently. Maintain company organization charts and employee directory. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives. Maintain HR systems and processes. Conduct performance and salary reviews. Provide support and guidance to HR staff. Analyze trends in compensation and benefits. Design and implement employee retention strategies. Light finance knowledge with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and some General Ledger. Handling of Daily Needs to be able to assist in general office tasks, answering phones, and assisting with counting cash bags and running daily reports.

Qualifications



Proven office management and administrative experience Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable processes Familiarity with general ledger accounting and bookkeeping Experience in event planning and vendor management Knowledge of human resources practices, including employee retention strategies Ability to manage schedules and oversee clerical functions effectively
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
