We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a background in office management, ensuring that administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities



Must be honest, reliable, and professional Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills Will be responsible for monitoring email and correspondence with customers and suppliers Help Shop Manager create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Answer phones, greet customers and handle customer orders Must possess organizational and problem-solving skills Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information including tracking job expenditures and receipts Proficiency in MS Office including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Square Knowledge Preferred Maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues Thorough understanding of office management procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Self-Motivated and must be able to operate independently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
