About the Role

As the Office Manager, you'll oversee the daily flow of office operations, ensuring our customer service representatives deliver the exceptional care and accuracy our customers have come to expect. You'll serve as a key connection between our local branch and corporate support functions -- managing billing, credit, payroll, and office procedures -- while maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork, professionalism, and positivity.

What You'll Do

Lead and support a team of Customer Service Representatives to provide outstanding service to internal and external customers. Oversee daily office operations including payroll, recordkeeping, invoicing, and purchasing. Collaborate with Corporate Credit to manage and reduce past-due accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships. Maintain organized systems for office processes, customer records, and inventory reconciliation. Supervise the preparation of reports, customer contracts, and financial summaries. Conduct employee training, coaching, and performance reviews to foster professional growth. Promote workplace safety and uphold R.H. Foster's commitment to our

What We're Looking For

Education/Experience:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience in office management, accounting, or related field.

Skills:

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software systems.

Experience:

Prior supervisory experience and a background in customer service or credit/account management preferred.

Attributes:

Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping customers and teammates succeed.
