The Role



We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll be the operational backbone of our Vegas office, ensuring everything runs smoothly so our team can focus on scaling our business. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and take genuine pride in creating an exceptional workplace experience.

What You'll Do



Manage day-to-day office operations including facilities, vendors, supplies, and equipment Own the employee experience - from onboarding new hires to coordinating team events and ensuring the office runs like a well-oiled machine Handle administrative tasks with precision, including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and expense management Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members - representing MassPay with professionalism and warmth Implement and optimize office systems and processes to improve efficiency as we scale Coordinate with building management, IT, and external vendors to resolve issues quickly Support leadership with administrative projects, meeting coordination, and special initiatives Manage office budget and track expenses Jump in wherever needed - this is a startup, and flexibility is key

What You Bring



3+ years of office management or administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment Strong technical skills - proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools, and the ability to learn new systems quickly Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail Service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to support others and create a positive environment Quick problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and can pivot on the fly Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do Resourceful and scrappy - you figure things out and make things happen with limited resources Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Location



This is an in-office position based in Las Vegas, NV.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
