Boreal Property Management is a full-service estate management company based in Jackson, WY. From landscaping and caretaking to project management and snow removal, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence and creating long-term relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:
o Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
o Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and management.
o Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors.
o Maintain and update office records, filing systems, and agreements.
o Support office management (HR and Financial manager) cross train as seen fit to reduce stress and create redundancy and flexibility.
o Manage CRM software, business systems, and documents.
o Oversee social media, digital marketing campaigns, and Google Business updates.
o Create and manage online and print marketing materials, including ads and recruitment postings.
o Help coordinate employee events, parties, and internal communications.
o Assist HR Manager with basic HR tasks such as recruitment support, time-off tracking, and policy communication.
o Run occasional errands and perform additional duties as needed.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
o 3+ years of office/administrative experience, with some supervisory or management responsibilities preferred.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
o QuickBooks Desktop knowledge and experience with budget tracking.
o Strong understanding of CRM systems, scheduling software, and crew management tools.
o Experience with Canva or other content creation software.
o 1+ year of social media and digital marketing management experience.
o Outstanding organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
o Strong leadership ability with a proactive, hands-on approach.
