We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Indianapolis. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing administrative staff, handling office supplies and equipment, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This is managing the office of a school and involves high energy, willingness to learn, and the ability to manage many things at one time.

Responsibilities:




Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed Manage office supplies and equipment inventory Coordinate office maintenance and repairs Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events Maintain office policies and procedures Ensure office security and confidentiality of information Support staff with technology needs Be fluent with using Google Suite Manage all food service paperwork Handle all filing Assist in all financial processes Processing bills

Qualifications:




Prefer applicant to speak both English and Spanish Previous experience in office management or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
