We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our office environment. Responsibilities



Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and visitor coordination to ensure seamless communication and guest experience Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for leadership and team members, optimizing time utilization and meeting planning Supervise administrative staff, providing training, development opportunities, and performance feedback to cultivate a motivated team environment Coordinate vendor relationships, including service providers, suppliers, and contractors to maintain operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic budgeting using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Support human resources functions by assisting with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and managing payroll processes Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement and professional growth Maintain accurate filing systems--both physical and digital--and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Oversee office supplies inventory management and procurement to support daily operations without interruption

Requirements



Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively Strong proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, coordinate events, and prioritize tasks efficiently Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations to optimize resources Knowledge of human resources practices including onboarding, employee records management, and payroll administration Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare environments is a plus but not required Exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written--and professional phone etiquette for front desk interactions Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
