Fettig Jobs is a growing, local, family-owned staffing agency serving West Michigan with four locations. We really care about our team and are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated, organized individual for our Office Manager position. The Office Manager will lead the administrative team as they support our associates and internal team members - ensuring a high level of customer service. This role is responsible for overseeing building maintenance, office supply inventory and daily administrative needs of the team at all locations.

The candidate will also be responsible for management of the company's workers comp claims. Including WC incident reporting, follow up and incident investigations. A successful candidate would be someone who has customer service experience and worked in environments that are fast paced and assisting many customers. Being flexible and organized with the ability to multi-task and take on project work is crucial to be successful in this role.

Essential Job Responsibilities:



Lead Administrative team, as they support our Associates throughout the hiring process Champion customer service initiatives Report on safety incidents/claims and conduct incident investigations when needed Worker's compensation cost tracking and reporting Ensures compliance with labor laws and employment regulations Helps develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures Identify operational challenges and develop action plans Organize and drive assigned projects, track progress and provide status reporting and ongoing communications with Leadership Support the organization in planning and coordinating meetings, outings and other company-wide events Manage building maintenance and inventory of office supplies Cover the front desk as needed, including answering phone calls, interacting with associates, and handling paperwork

Education and Job Requirements:



Some leadership experience required Past experience in Admin Support or Customer Service Ability to manage and work with a team with tact and diplomacy Work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility, multi-tasking, excellent judgment, attention to detail and follow-through are required Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook

Salary Range:

$50,000-$60,000 + Bonus
