The Office Manager will lead the administrative team as they support our associates and internal team members - ensuring a high level of customer service. This role is responsible for overseeing building maintenance, office supply inventory and daily administrative needs of the team at all locations.
The candidate will also be responsible for management of the company's workers comp claims. Including WC incident reporting, follow up and incident investigations. A successful candidate would be someone who has customer service experience and worked in environments that are fast paced and assisting many customers. Being flexible and organized with the ability to multi-task and take on project work is crucial to be successful in this role.
