Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized
Office Manager
with strong administrative and accounting abilities to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, and office management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks
Perform bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks Desktop
Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, and job-related expenses
Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records
Prepare spreadsheets, budgets, and reports using Microsoft Excel
Use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Assist with scheduling, project documentation, and communication with subcontractors and clients
Support management with general administrative needs
Qualifications
Required:
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
Experience in payroll processing
Experience with accounts payable, accounting receivable, and bookkeeping generally
Office administration experience (filing, scheduling, communication, document prep)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Construction or homebuilding industry experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
