OFFICE COORDINATOR/ MANAGER (Small Medical Office Setting)

We have an IN-HOUSE LAB and do all patient testing on-site.

Men want fast appointments and efficient care, and we deliver on both. (Our on-site lab gets testosterone levels back in 20 minutes!)

Our LAVEEN office is hiring an Office Coordinator/Manager to oversee the daily function of our front office. Our Laveen, AZ office has been open for 11 months and has a good client base and we are continuing to grow!

The Office Coordinator/Manager will focus on providing an amazing patient experience, from greeting the clients when they come in to ensuring their entire visit is a positive one at our office. In addition, the Manager will regularly generate service and revenue reports.

Key Job Responsibilities Include:



Oversee daily office operations and workflow Manage scheduling, phone calls, and email/sms communications Greet and assist clients in a professional, welcoming manner Maintain a clean, organized office environment Ensure office processes are efficient and well-documented Revenue: Oversee payment collection and declined payment reach outs, save membership cancellations, track and generate revenue reports Leadership skills: Lead team meetings to review processes and cultivate team culture

Qualifications:



Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills (grammar, punctuation, and professionalism are a must) Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive with strong follow-through Flexible and adaptable to daily demands High energy worker with a positive, outgoing attitude. Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus

Education and Experience:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access). Confident in handling administrative tasks Experience in aesthetics or cash pay medicine preferred
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 34 per week
