Office Manager

to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, keeping projects organized, and seeing customers' design ideas come to life, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers to the showroom and guide them through granite and quartz selections Prepare quotes and assist with sales follow-up and project details Schedule templates, fabrication, and installation appointments Communicate clearly with customers, installers, and the fabrication team Advertising on Facebook and Instagram Manage invoicing and payments using

QuickBooks

Handle purchasing and material orders as needed Maintain accurate project records and timelines Showroom Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

, with a

Saturday rotation every 3 weeks

What We're Looking For

Strong

and communication skills Confidence in handling sales conversations and follow-ups Organized and dependable with excellent attention to detail Comfortable using

QuickBooks

(for invoicing and payments) Quick learner who enjoys multitasking in a busy environment Prior experience in sales, construction, design, or office management is a plus
